Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. She spent more than 14 years of her career in the security industry, advancing to leadership roles as Controller and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at G4S and Allied Universal. In these roles, she oversaw $2.5 billion in revenue across multiple regions, countries, and business units, providing financial leadership that supported growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. After her corporate career, Michelle founded Blue Water Accounting Group, where she provides CFO expertise to small and medium-sized businesses. With specialized expertise in the staffing and security industries, she helps clients improve cash flow, streamline reporting, strengthen financial strategy, and achieve sustainable growth. Her comprehensive suite of services includes bookkeeping, financial and trend analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, financial strategy, cost-saving initiatives, client audits, pricing, and more. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Florida Atlantic University.
