Chris Ciaccio is a security industry consultant with a strong background in compliance, operations, and workforce management within the guard services sector. He brings a unique combination of field-tested operational experience and technology-driven implementation expertise to support security organizations in improving performance and maintaining regulatory alignment. Chris began his career with FJC Security Services, where he led a team responsible for compliance, audit management, and the administration of employee wages and benefits. He later transitioned into a leadership role with Trackforce, a security management software provider, where he oversaw implementation services for guard companies across the country to deploy software solutions, streamline operations, and address real-world challenges related to staffing, scheduling, and service delivery. With Whitehaven, Chris leverages his specialized industry experience to help our security clients gain increased visibility and reporting effectiveness for optimizing performance from today’s complex workforce management and HCM-payroll systems.
