She also led strategic pricing and contract initiatives, supporting over $8 million in new revenue, while strengthening internal controls and audit readiness. Following her corporate career, Cecilia founded Triple C & E Enterprise, where she provides specialized financial consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses, including financial and trend analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audit and compliance support, and process optimization to improve financial visibility and drive sustainable growth. Cecilia earned a Master of Science degree from Dowling College and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Scranton.
